As a software vendor REW team relied heavily on the website to educate users about their services. When they discovered how many visitors they were losing due to the website issues, they reached out to us.

strategy

We conducted a Q&A session with the REW team to align the website’s creation with the business’s strategy. Designers proceeded with UX Audit: studied analytics, researched competitors and conducted user interviews.

Solution

The team focused on building a clean and minimalistic website that could provide enough information for users. We also made sure the user journey is quite simple and it’s easy to stumble upon relevant content.

We did our best to make all the website’s pages accessible in two or fewer clicks

There were created 2 options for style & visuals to give client more freedom of choice

The new visual style was documented in the comprehensive UI-Kit for developers to easily develop a new website

result

Both our designer team and the REW team were satisfied with a new, modern interface. The client was pleased with the ability to easily add and edit content and was prepared to work with SEO optimized content.
