Challenge

We got inspired by an omnichannel banking software platform we previously developed, and challenged ourselves to create a new design concept. We needed to take into consideration complicated authentication/authorization requirements, complexity and customization for multiple channels to reach the whole audience.

experience

Overhaul the whole complex secure system & make it customizable and easy to use. We had to create a fintech-compliant system with an interface that can be personalized to suit different users.
