challenge

No more complicated apps with unnecessary and outdated features – booking apps should be as simple as possible. The main goal was to redesign a solution for booking and ordering needs associating with max ease and add new features:

(01) Show only available restaurants so you can easily book the one you like

(02) Provide relevant recommendations to choose the perfect-match place

(03) Make pre-ordering easy, so you get fresh food as soon as you enter the restaurant

Unique
experience

The ease and convenience were the key objectives. As the app was going to go global, we suggested features that would be useful in different countries.

(01) Navigation via the app is intuitive and easy-to-follow

(02) Users can save restaurants and view them later by city or preferences.

(03) Simplify the payment process and split bills with loved-ones

Solution

We designed the modern and user-friendly booking app to help people enjoy new locations around the globe. Also, the admin platform was created with analytics to make the manager’s workflow more efficient.

result

Results proved our expectations about people’s needs during going out to eat:

40% of users used pre-ordering or debt simplifying features after they were released

56% increase in order quantity in a year

35% of new users stay with us and use the app constantly
