At first, we spent some time getting to know the client and the product itself. We had daily meetings with core team members to discuss all ins and outs.
Solution
With user and startup needs in mind, the fully new admin dashboard was designed for both users and the managing team. We focused on a new, simplified registration flow since it was the most important part of the product.

The startup team got a great design concept they can show the potential investors while the software development is in progress. Minimalistic, highly responsive design serves as a great boost to their initial pitch.
