The
Challenge

A great team from Silicon Valley is going to disrupt the tech industry with fast, secure and passwordless sign-in. This brilliant, backed by Y Combinator early-stage startup reached out to us for help. They understood how proper UI/UX design is important for closing another round of investment.
1
We were to design some new features for the app that were crucial for users
2
Our team was asked to update the design of the existing functionality
3
The main goal was to simplify the complicated admin-oriented flows for the non-pro users

Unique
experience

At first, we spent some time getting to know the client and the product itself. We had daily meetings with core team members to discuss all ins and outs.
1
We reviewed the existing app step-by-step to understand the functionality
2
We gathered all the requirements and designed the wireframes for the new screens
3
We presented a design concept to the core team members and discussed how to make the product more user-centric

The
Solution

With user and startup needs in mind, the fully new admin dashboard was designed for both users and the managing team. We focused on a new, simplified registration flow since it was the most important part of the product.
